If the electric water level control in your EVAPCO Accessories isn't working and the valve won't open or close, try these steps: 1. Make sure the water pressure is between 0.35 bar and 7.0 bar. 2. Check the wiring against the wiring diagram and verify the supply voltage. 3. Ensure there isn't a blockage in the Y-Strainer. 4. Confirm that the probes are clean. 5. Check the red LED on the circuit board; if it's on, the valve should be closed. 6. For a 3-Probe Assembly, simulate a "Low Water Condition" by lifting the probe assembly out of the stand pipe after cleaning the probes. The LED should be off, and the contact between "C" and "NC" should be closed, energizing the water makeup valve. 7.
