Forward-facing Installation with Seat

Adjust the recline to Positions #2 or #3 by lifting the
back of the seat slightly while pulling the ReclineRight
lever

The Intermediate Recline Position (Position #2)
and Full Upright Position (Position #3) are ONLY
for forward-facing use. Always make sure the
bottom of the child restraint sits flat on the vehicle
seat.
If the vehicle seat belts are not routed correctly,
the child restraint may not protect your child in a crash.
Route the vehicle seat belt
through the child restraint.
Use the BeltTrac access

Buckle the vehicle seat belt.

(22 - 65 lb.).
Fasten the vehicle seat belt as shown depending on your
type of seat belt.
Note: Install locking clip on lap and shoulder belt
combinations, if necessary.

DO NOT allow the vehicle seat belt release button to touch
the child restraint. Accidental contact may cause the seat
belt to release. If necessary, turn the vehicle seat belt button
away from the child restraint or move the child restraint to
a different location.
