Why won't my Everdure NORFOLK Grill burner ignite with the igniter?

  If the burner on your Everdure Grill won't ignite when using the igniter, there are several possible causes. First, ensure that the cylinder valve is turned on. If it is, the cylinder may be empty and needs to be replaced with a full one. Check the igniter button to ensure it's working and the battery isn't dead. Inspect the ignition box for a spark and make sure the cable isn't broken or disconnected, and that the sparker is aligned correctly. If there's still no spark, contact Everdure Service. Finally, the injector may be blocked; clean it gently with a toothbrush, but do not use wire or remove the injector. If the issue persists, contact Everdure Service.
