Why won't my Everdure NORFOLK Grill burner ignite with the igniter?
    • M
      Mitchell LewisAug 11, 2025
If the burner on your Everdure Grill won't ignite when using the igniter, there are several possible causes. First, ensure that the cylinder valve is turned on. If it is, the cylinder may be empty and needs to be replaced with a full one. Check the igniter button to ensure it's working and the battery isn't dead. Inspect the ignition box for a spark and make sure the cable isn't broken or disconnected, and that the sparker is aligned correctly. If there's still no spark, contact Everdure Service. Finally, the injector may be blocked; clean it gently with a toothbrush, but do not use wire or remove the injector. If the issue persists, contact Everdure Service.

What to do if the Everdure Grill burner flame is erratic?
    • T
      Troy SmithAug 21, 2025
An erratic burner flame on your Everdure Grill can stem from several issues. A common cause is a blocked burner; remove the burner to check for any obstructions. If the flame is burning inside the burner and you hear a hissing sound, turn off the burner, allow it to cool, and then try to re-ignite it. Another potential cause is a partially blocked injector, which you can carefully clean with a toothbrush, being sure not to use wire or remove the injector. If these steps don't resolve the issue, the regulator may be faulty, in which case you should contact Everdure Service.

How to fix a gas leak from the Everdure NORFOLK connections?
    • S
      Stephanie BurgessAug 31, 2025
If you notice gas leaking from the connections on your Everdure Grill, it could be due to several reasons. Start by tightening any loose connections, being careful not to over-tighten them. Then, perform a leak test under pressure using a soapy water solution. If the hose has deteriorated, it will need to be replaced. If tightening the connections doesn't stop the leak, the gas valve may be faulty or the threads may be damaged, in which case, you should contact Everdure Service.
