Why won't my Everdure MURRAY ESEE burner ignite with the igniter?

  If the burner on your Everdure Grill won't ignite when using the igniter, there are several possible causes. First, make sure the cylinder valve is turned on and that the cylinder isn't empty; if it is, replace it with a full one. Also, check the igniter button's battery. If the igniter is not sparking, remove the plate and visually inspect the ignition box for a spark, ensuring the cable is connected and not broken, and check the sparker alignment. If there's still no spark, contact Everdure Service. Finally, the injector might be blocked; if so, clean it with a toothbrush, but do not use wire or drill it out, and do not remove the injector.

  If the HTS (Heating and Temperature System) is not working on your Everdure Grill, check that the power cord from the power adapter is correctly connected and that the power is on at the main power board. If the transformer has overheated, turn off the main power for half an hour before retrying. Also, check if any of the globes are broken and replace them if necessary. If the switch or wiring is damaged, contact Everdure Service.

  If your Everdure Grill burner ignites but won't stay on, it could be due to a few reasons. A common cause is the thermocouple not getting hot enough. To resolve this, hold the control knob in for 10 seconds after the burner ignites to allow the flame safeguard to work. Another possibility is that the flame isn't reaching the thermocouple. In this case, remove the cooking surface and check the flame after ignition. This could be due to a blockage in the burner, so try cleaning it, or it could be due to strong winds. If the flame safeguards are not working, check that the thermocouple is in the flame. If problems persist, contact Everdure Service.

Why is the burner flame erratic on my Everdure MURRAY ESEE?

  An erratic burner flame on your Everdure Grill can stem from several issues. The burner might be blocked, so remove it and check for any obstructions. If the flame is burning inside the burner and you hear a hissing sound, turn off the burner, allow it to cool, and then try to re-ignite it. If the regulator is faulty or the injector is partially blocked, contact Everdure Service. If the injector is partially blocked, clean it with a toothbrush, but do not use wire or drill it out, and do not remove the injector.

How to fix gas leaks from connections on my Everdure MURRAY ESEE?

  If gas is leaking from the connections on your Everdure Grill, first try tightening any loose connections, but be careful not to over-tighten them. Then, perform a leak test under pressure using a soapy water solution. If the hose has deteriorated, or if the gas valve is faulty, or if the threads are damaged, contact Everdure Service to replace the hose or repair the valve.
