2. Skewer the fowl as a whole. In order to grill a fowl healthily,
center and x the fowl on the skewer (b) by the xing hooks located
on the both sides of the skewer (b). Place the skewer (b) on the ro-
tisserie wire (a) and put it in the oven and make sure that the end of
the skewer (b) is placed in the rotisserie engine chamber.
After closing the door, set the oven of the grill position ( ) and
set the temperature of the thermostat to the highest temperature
level using the temperature control button. In order to collect spilled
oil during cooking, place the tray on the base. Add some water on the
tray for easy cleaning.
