Step 1 Keep barbecue a safe distance away from building(s).*
Step 2 Always perform a Leak Test on all connec
ons and hoses. *
Step 3 Keep children away from the barbecue.
During Grilling
(To avoid tripping safety valves, please follow these instruc ons carefully!)
Step 1 Open barbecue lid and slowly turn on gas supply valve at the tank.
Step 2 Turn on and light only one grill at a me.
Step 3 Use protec
ve gloves when grill gets hot.
Step 4 Never leave a lit grill una
ended.

er Grilling
Step 1 Always burn grill for 10-15 minutes to burn off food residues a er use.
Step 2 Wait un
grill is completely cooled before closing lid.
Step 3 Remove grease to avoid hazardous build-up, and use the barbecue cover to prevent rust.

1. TURN OFF gas
2. Extinguish any open flame
