If you're experiencing insufficient sample water flow in your Evoqua Measuring Instruments, several factors could be the cause. Make sure that the drain hose has a 1500mm free fall, the cell unit and strainer are free of dirt, the lines are clear of air bubbles, the shut-off valve is open, and the regulating valve is working correctly (strip and clean the regulator if necessary).
