Keep at least one set of original EVS packaging in case you need to return a product for servicing or
replacement. If there is no original packaging available, please use your own packaging as long as it
meets the following criteria:
• Is able to withstand the weight of the product
• Holds the product snugly within the packaging
• Leaves at least 5 cm of space between the product and the container
• Protects the corners of the product
• Protects the connectors of the product.
