3.9 C.O. Line Call in Auto-attendant Mode Process
3.9.1 Enable/Disable OGM Fast dialing function
Fast dialing: in auto-attendant work mode, when there is CO line
incoming call, the caller can just press one digit to call the extension
directly (like press 1 for sales, press 2 for service….)
Format: 1546# Cancel auto-attendant fast dialing function, this is
default setting
1547# Set auto-attendant fast dialing function.
1548# Disable fast dialing function use Ext. groups.
1549# to set fast dialing function use Ext. groups.
Description: 1、 When this function is enabled(1547# )and can not use
Ext.groups（1548#） , dial 1 to Ext. 602 dial 2 to Ext. 602, dial 3 to Ext.
603…… dial 8 to 608, . and dial 0 to operator 602, dial 9 to available Ext;
while dial 6 0 N just dial to Ext.N.
2、When this function is enabled(1547# )and use
Ext.groups , dial 1 to Ext.Group 1, dial 2 to Ext.Group 2,dial 3 to Ext.
603…… dial 8 to 608, and. dial 0 to operator 602,dial 9 to available Ext,
while dial 6 0 N just dial to Ext.N.;
1、When set this function, the OGM recording need to change
accordingly.
2、OGM fast dialing can be setting call forwarding (when busy/no body
answering)
3、If the prefix number of Ext is for other digits, like 8, when caller
press 8, then system dial the Ext number but not dialing No.8 extension.
3.9.2 OGM busy Process in Auto-attendant Mode
