The regulator might have a safety device restricting gas flow, even without a leak. To reset it, turn off all burners, close the LP tank valve, disconnect the regulator, wait one minute, reconnect it, slowly open the LP tank valve fully, then light all burners and monitor the temperature.

Clear the hole, then close the gas control valves. Wait ten minutes before restarting. Check the flames to ensure they are performing correctly. If the flames are still not correct, consider replacing the regulator.
