How to fix EXPERT GRILL 720-0789H that will not light immediately?
    • S
      Stacie DavisJul 28, 2025
If your EXPERT GRILL Grill won't light immediately, ensure you have a spark while lighting the burner. Check the battery installation and wire connection to the electrode assembly. Clean the wire(s) and/or electrode with rubbing alcohol and a clean swab, then wipe with a clean cloth. Check if other burners operate; if so, inspect the gas orifice on the malfunctioning burner for any obstruction.

      James HaydenAug 5, 2025
To reset the safety device on your EXPERT GRILL Grill, which restricts gas flow, turn off all burners and close the LP tank valve. Disconnect the regulator from the LP tank, wait one minute, then reconnect it. Slowly open the LP tank valve fully. Light all burners and observe the temperature. Also, check for a bent or kinked fuel hose, dust in the grill area, and clean the burner and orifices. Inspect for spiders and insects.
