How to fix EXPERT GRILL Grill that won't light immediately?
    • K
      Kendra ReevesAug 1, 2025
If your EXPERT GRILL Grill doesn't light immediately, ensure there's a spark when lighting the burner. If there is no spark, check the battery installation. Verify the wire is connected to the electrode assembly. Clean the wire(s) and/or electrode with rubbing alcohol and a clean swab, then wipe with a clean cloth. Check if other burners work; if so, inspect the malfunctioning burner's gas orifice for obstructions.

What to do if rotisserie burner won't light on my EXPERT GRILL Grill?
    • C
      Casey JenkinsAug 5, 2025
If the rotisserie burner on your EXPERT GRILL Grill doesn't light when pushing the igniter button, check for debris blocking the electrode and ensure there is a spark jumping to the burner from the electrode. If there's no spark, check the battery inside the igniter box. Does the infrared back burner light when attempting to light with a match? If not, ensure the gas is turned on.

What to do if my EXPERT GRILL Grill only heats to 200-300°F?
    • N
      Natasha MackAug 9, 2025
If your EXPERT GRILL Grill only heats to 200-300°F, check the following: * Ensure the fuel hose isn't bent or kinked. * Clear any dust from the grill area. * Clean the burner and orifices. * Inspect for spiders and insects. The regulator might have a safety device restricting gas flow, even without a leak. To reset it, turn off all burners, close the LP tank valve, disconnect the regulator, wait one minute, reconnect it, slowly open the LP tank valve fully, then light all burners and monitor the temperature.

    Julian WatsonAug 14, 2025
Why is the regulator on my EXPERT GRILL 720-0789C Grill making noise?
    • D
      Daniel FitzgeraldAug 14, 2025
If the regulator on your EXPERT GRILL Grill is making noise, the vent hose might be plugged, or the regulator itself could be faulty. First, make sure the vent hole on the regulator isn't blocked. Clear the hole, then close the gas control valves. Wait ten minutes before restarting. Check the flames to ensure they are performing correctly. If the flames are still not correct, consider replacing the regulator.

What to do if the rotisserie motor on my EXPERT GRILL 720-0789C will not turn?
    • S
      Summer GonzalezAug 18, 2025
If the rotisserie motor on your EXPERT GRILL Grill won't turn, ensure it's connected to a properly grounded power supply and that the on/off switch is in the 'on' position. Also, make sure the spit is fully inserted into the rotisserie motor and that the load doesn't exceed the 40 pounds operational capacity. Finally, check for any obstructions or drag that might be preventing it from turning.
  • T
    Thomas VasquezAug 22, 2025
Why are the burner flames on my EXPERT GRILL 720-0789C Grill not light blue?
    • J
      James WilcoxAug 22, 2025
If the burner flames on your EXPERT GRILL Grill are not light blue, it could be due to too much or not enough air for the flame. Elevation is a primary factor, but cold weather can also affect the mixture. Burner adjustment might be necessary. Also, check if the grill is in a windy location.
  • J
    jonesveronicaAug 26, 2025
Why does my EXPERT GRILL 720-0789C Grill take a long time to preheat?
    • T
      Todd DiazAug 27, 2025
A normal preheat for your EXPERT GRILL Grill to 500-600°F takes about 10-15 minutes. Cold weather and wind may affect your preheat time. If you are using volcanic rock or briquettes they can increase the preheat time and maximum temperature.
