14.3.3. Machine with both water reservoir and wáter network
connection
These machines can be used whether with its internal reservoir, or
connected to the water net. When received, the machine will be ready to be
used with the water network connection, as explained in a previous section.
To use the machine with its internal water reservoir, proceed as follows:
x Remove the superior cover of the machine.
x Remove the water reservoir from the machine; under it in the
machine you will find a metallic rocking base, hold in place by a plastic
strip. Cut and remove this plastic strip as to release the movement of it.
This is necessary as for the machine to detect when the water reservoir
is empty.
x Fill the water reservoir with water and reinstall it in the machine.
Immerse the silicon tubes in it.
x Select the right position of the by-pass tap on the machine (it is
explained in the next point).
Change the position of the by-pass tap to choose the right working position for the machine (water network
connection or water reservoir). In the following images the different positions are shown.
