OSB – Operation Summary Bit:
If any of the bits in the OPERATION EVENT register set, and their respective enable bits are set, the Operation Summary Bit (OSB) will set.
ESB – Event Summary Bit:
If any of the bits in the STANDARD EVENT register set, and their respective enable bits are set, the Event Summary Bit (ESB) will set.
QSB – Questionable Summary Bit:
If any of the bits in the QUESTIONABLE EVENT register set, and their respective enable bits are set, the Questionable Summary Bit (QSB)
will set.
MSB – Measurement Summary Bit:
If any of the bits in the MEASUREMENT EVENT register set, and their respective enable bits are set, the Measurement Summary Bit (MSB)
will set.
EAV – Error Available:
This bit sets any time there is an error message available in the error buffer.
RSQ – Request for Service:
If any of the other bits in the STATUS BYTE are set, and their respective enable bits are set in the STATUS ENABLE register, the Request for
Service (RQS) will set.
