Insert anti-compression plug into the gap in front of
the fork steerer and the apply assembly compound
around it.
Preload the headset to remove excess play.
Torque the barstem to 5.2Nm
Install the top cap cover.
Note that the notch on top cap sits in
between the slot on the back of the barstem.
