  • Control Panel: Features ON/OFF button, wash cycle indicators (Wash Cycle 1, 2, 3), drainage indicator, tank and rinse thermometers, and pilot lights for machine status (on, working).
  • Operation Sequence:
    1. Check chemical levels (detergent and rinse aid).
    2. Pre-scrap wares thoroughly and place them in racks.
    3. Load racks into the dishwasher.
    4. Close the hood/door.
    5. Turn on the machine by holding the ON/OFF button for 5 seconds.
    6. Wait for the wash temperature to reach 162°F (72°C).
    7. Select a wash cycle (P1, P2, or P3) and hold for 1 second to start.
    8. The wash cycle extends if the final rinse water does not reach 180°F (82°C).
    9. The cycle is complete when the green light turns off.
  • Thermo-stop: Ensures a constant rinse at maximum temperature. The machine continues washing until the boiler reaches the ideal temperature (85°C / 185°F in rinse boiler, 65°C / 150°F in wash tub) before the rinse cycle starts.
  • Drainage:
    • Gravity Drainage: Remove the overflow tube when the machine is switched off.
    • Drainage Pump (Optional): Open the door, remove the S/S filter and overflow tube, press P1 for 3 seconds, wait for the LED to turn off, remove the scrap basket for cleaning, replace components, and press ON/OFF to turn off.
  • Detergent and Rinse Aid Dispensers: Machines are equipped with internal dispensers. These are activated during the filling and rinse cycles. Adjustment of the dispenser settings is crucial for optimal wash results and should be done by a specialized technician. Only commercial-grade, high-temperature, low-suds liquid detergent and appropriate rinse aid should be used.

Maintenance Features:

  • Daily Cleaning: At the end of each day, filters, wash distributors, rinse branches, and other accessories must be cleaned. Remove any waste from the machine.
  • Chemical Handling: Use suitable protective clothing, gloves, and safety goggles when handling chemical substances. Do not mix different detergents.
  • Water Quality: Regular checks of water supply hardness, pH, and TDS levels are recommended. Installation of a water conditioner/descaler may be necessary for hard water supplies.
  • Temperature Checks: Ensure wash and rinse temperatures are maintained for proper disinfection.
  • Drainage: Drain the wash tub at least twice a day or every 40/50 wash cycles.
  • General Maintenance:
    • Do not use abrasive, corrosive, acid, chlorine-based products, solvents, or petrol derivatives for cleaning.
    • Do not spray the machine with a water hose, steam cleaner, or pressure washer.
    • Ensure the machine's plinth is not flooded during floor cleaning.
    • Check that wash distributors rotate correctly daily.
    • Check salt, rinse aid, and detergent levels daily.
    • If the power cable is damaged, it must be replaced by authorized personnel.
  • De-liming: Frequent removal of lime and corrosion deposits is recommended. A de-liming solution from a chemical supplier should be used, following all instructions on the label.
  • Prolonged Non-Use: For extended periods out of service, completely drain the machine (including the boiler), clean it thoroughly, leave the hood/door open, close the water intake valve, and switch off the mains power supply. Protection against frosts may be necessary.
  • Error Diagnosis: The manual includes a table for troubleshooting common faults, alarms, and breakdowns, with possible causes and solutions. Display alarms (A4 for "Temperature probe open" and A5 for "Temperature probe short-circuit") are also described.
