Replace it if necessary. Ensure the heater relay is working correctly and the Tc thermostat is cutting off below 195°F. * Verify voltage at the heater relay coil. If the solenoid isn't closing when receiving voltage, replace the heater relay. * Check the boiler element for continuity; if it's open, replace the heater.
