Clearances in the electrical cabinet
Heat dissipation inside the cabinet
It is recommended to use the following to cool the
electrical cabinet:
Heat exchangers to avoid the entry of contaminated
air (vapor, suspended iron dust, etc.), eliminating the
possibility of accumulating particles, condensation,
etc. throughout the ventilation pathways.
air extractors ·fans· to prevent the entry of air into the
electrical cabinet.
Place the extractor fan at the top of the cabinet
and the air intake at the bottom.
To have a filter in the air input. It is also
recommended to install a filter in the fan.
Decrease the air intake speed from the outside by
making the air input window larger than that of the
fan. The required power and air flow depends on
the power installed.
Install the QC-PDS system as far away as
possible from air inputs and outputs.
Carry out periodic maintenance
on air filters.

Electrical precautions
MANDATORY.
Inside the electrical cabinet, make sure to leave a
clearance of at least 10 cm (3.93 inches) between the
equipment and the top and bottom sections and the front
panel of the cabinet and any other obstacle obstructing
the flow, thereby providing better removal of heat.
MANDATORY.
The ventilation for the electrical cabinet must be enough
to dissipate the heat generated by all the devices and
components working inside.
