General
Depending on its version, this machine
is equipped with panel sliding table of
a specific length.
This sliding table travels on hardened
steel rollers and tracks without play.
A variety of accessories can be moun-
ted on the sliding table, such as:
• edging shoe
• slotting plate
• eccentric hold-down
• bracket arm table
• table extension

Use and
working techniques
The panel sliding table is designed for
the following jobs:
• format cuts
• edging cuts
• longitudinal cuts
• cross cuts
• mitre cuts
• slotting and tenoning
No other jobs are meant to be perfor-
med with the panel sliding table and
are therefore not permitted.
The individual techniques are descri-
bed in greater detail in the chapters of
the units.

• Bracio bandiera

Utilizzo e
tecniche di lavoro
La carello squadratrice è prevista per
le seguenti operazioni:
• Taglio sagome
• Rifilatura
• Tagli longitudinali
• Tagli trasversali (troncatura)
• Tagli obliqui
• Lavori di tenonatura e intagliatura
Tutte le altre operazioni non sono pre-
viste sulla tavola scorrevole e quindi
non sono ammesse.
Le singole tecniche di lavoro sono
descritte dettagliatamente nei capitoli
dei gruppi.

Allgemeines
Die Maschine ist je nach Ausstattungs-
variante mit einem Formatschiebetisch
bestimmter Länge ausgestattet.
Der Schiebetisch läuft spielfrei auf
gehärteten Stahlrollen- und Schienen.
Es besteht die Möglichkeit bestimmte
Zubehörartikel am Schiebetisch zu
montieren:
z.B.: • Besäumschuh
• Überschubplatte
• Exzenterniederhalter
• Ausleger
• Tischverlängerung

Verwendung und
Arbeitstechniken
Der Formatschiebetisch ist für folgende
Arbeitsgänge vorgesehen:
• Formatschnitte
• Besäumschnitte
• Längsschnitte
• Querschnitte (Ablängschnitte)
• Gehrungsschnitte
• Zapf und Schlitzarbeiten
Alle anderen Arbeitsgänge sind auf
dem Formatschiebetisch nicht vorgese-
hen und deshalb auch nicht erlaubt.
Die einzelnen Arbeitstechniken sind in
den Kapiteln der Aggregate genauer
beschrieben.
