CERTIFICATI E DICHIARAZIONI
I
Per tutelare l’Acquirente sul prodotto acquistato, vengono
rilasciati una Dichiarazione di Conformità, una Dichiarazio-
ne di Consegna con Certificato di Garanzia ed un Certifi-
cato di Origine.
DICHIARAZIONE DI CONFORMITA’
Garantisce l’utilizzatore finale che la macchina è stata pro-
gettata e costruita al fine di raggiungere i livelli di sicurezza
previsti dalla Direttiva CEE 89/392 e successive modifica-
zioni.
DICHIARAZIONE DI CONSEGNA E GARANZIA
L’acquirente sottoscriverà la Dichiarazione di Consegna
dopo essere stato informato del funzionamento della mac-
china dal Rivenditore Autorizzato. Il Certificato è formato
da tre copie (una per il Cliente, una per il Rivenditore, ed
una da restituire al Costruttore tramite il Rivenditore).
Si raccomanda di restituire al più presto la copia per il
Costruttore e di conservare la propria copia in quanto
servirà come riferimento per il periodo di garanzia del-
la macchina.
CERTIFICATO DI ORIGINE
Riassume le caratteristiche tecniche e garantisce la prove-
nienza (origine) del prodotto.

In order to protect the Buyer on the bought product, a Con-
formity Declaration, a Supply Declaration with Guarantee
Certificate and an Origin Certificate are released.
CONFORMITY DECLARATION
It grants the end user that the machine has been designed
and built in order to get the security levels foreseen by EEC
89/392 regulation and its further modifications.
SUPPLY DECLARATION WITH GUARANTEE CERTIFI-
CATE
The Buyer will subscribe the Supply Declaration after ha-
ving been informed by the Dealer, on the operation perfor-
med by the machine. This Certificate is issued in three co-
pies (one for the Customer, one for the Dealer, and one to
be returned to the Manufacturer through the Dealer).
It is advisable to send back the copy for the Manu-
facturer as soon as possible, and to keep the personal
copy, as it will be necessary as reference during the
guarantee period of the machine.
ORIGIN CERTIFICATE
It sums up the technical data and grants the origin of the
product.

Toutes les machines sont accompagnées d’un Certificat de
Conformité, d’une Déclaration de livraison avec Certificat
de Garantie et Certificat d’Origine.
DÉCLARATION DE CONFORMITÉ
Garantit l’utilisateur que la machine a été construite dans
le respect de la Norme CEE89/392 et modification succes-
sives.
DÉCLARATION DE LIVRAISON ET GARANTIE
L’Acheteur souscrit la déclaration de livraison après avoir
été instruit sur le fonctionnement de la machine par le re-
vendeur. Le Certificat est composé de 3 feuillets (un pour
le Client, un pour le Revendeur et un qui doit être renvoyé
au Constructeur par le Revendeur).
Le feuillet destiné au Constructeur devra être renvoyé
au plus tôt et nous recommandons à l’Acheteur de
bien conserver sa copie qui attestera de la date de
mise en service de la machine pour la garantie.
CERTIFICAT D’ORIGINE
Résume les caractéristiques techniques et garantit l’origine
de la machine.

Para amparar el Comprador sobre el producto adquirido,
otorga una Declaración de Conformidad, una Declaración
de Entrega con Certificado de Garantía y un Certificado de
Origen.
DECLARACIÓN DE CONFORMIDAD
Asegura a el utilizador final que la máquina a sido ideada y
construida para alcanazar los niveles de seguridad previ-
stos por la Directiva CEE 89/392 y variacciones siguientes.
DECLARACIÓN DE ENTREGA Y GARANTÍA
El Comprador subscriverá la Declaración de Entrega de-
spués de haber recibido todas las informacciones sobre el
funcionamiento de la maquina por el Revendedor Autori-
ado. El certificado se compone de 3 ejemplares (uno por el
Cliente, uno por el Revendedor, y uno que será renviado al
Constructor a través el Revendedor).
Recomandamos de restituir el ejemplar por el Con-
structor lo más pronto posible, y de conservar su pro-
prio ejemplar, esto es el ríferimiento por el período de
Garantía de la máquina.
CERTIFICADO DE ORIGEN
Condensa las caracteristicas técnicas y asegura la pro-
veniencia (origen) del producto.

Um der Kaufer gegenüber des gekauften Produktes zu
schützen, werden eine Gemaßheitsbescheinigung, eine
Lieferungsdeklaration mit Garantiebescheinigung und
einem Ursprungszeugnis erlaßt.
GEMAßHEITSBESCHEINIGUNG
Diese bescheinigt den Endverbraucher, daß die Maschine
projektiert und herzeugt wurde, um die Sicherheitsniveau zu
erreichen, das vom EG-Vorschrift 89/392, und weiteren Än-
derungen, vorgesehen ist.
LIEFERUNGS- UND GARANTIEERKLÄRUNG
Der Kaufer wird die Lieferungserklärung unterschreiben
nachdem er geeignete Informationen über das Betrieb der
Maschine vom authorisierten Verkaufer bekommt hat. Die
Erklärung besteht aus drei Kopien (eine für den Kunden,
eine für den Verkaufer und eine für den Herzeuger).
Man empfehlt Ihnen die Kopie der Herzeuger bald
wieder wu senden und eigene Kopie wu bewahren, da
diese als Bezug für die Garantiezeit der Maschinen
dienen wird.
URSPRUNGSZEUGNISS
Es faßt zusammen alle technische Daten und gewähr-
leistet die Ursprung des Produktes.
