In the example given above, the cooking time is entered and the
automatically calculated cooking expiration time is changed by us; in this
case, the cooking time will be automatically calculated and, if desired,
changed in the second step.
IN CASE OF POWER FAILURE
In case of power failure, your cooker will disengage for safety. This status is
shown by the flashing of the time and Auto on the display. If there is any
cooking program operating at the time, it will be deleted. The display will
show 0:00 and is required to be set. First switch to the Manual Mode (see
Manual Mode). And then you may set the time by use of + or – keys. (Note:In
case of power failure for seconds, the system will retain its status.)
Note. If you will not operate the cooker, remember to bring the button on the
cooker to the Off position.
CHILD LOCK FUNCTION
This function is to prevent inadvertent change of the settings you have made
on the cooker timer. When the child lock is engaged, no key will be active. If
the key lock is activated when there is a cooking program, only the keys are
locked; and if the key lock is activated when it is in manual mode, both keays
are locked and the cooker is disabled.
Note: If you enable the key lock when there is no current cooking program,
the cooker will be disabled for safety. When the key lock is disabled, the
cooker is made usable again.
FLASHING “AUTO” SIGNIFIES THAT THE COOKER IS DISENGAGED AND
THAT YOU SHOULD SWITCH TO “MANUAL MODE” TO RESUME THE
OPERATION.
Note: The cooker will remain disengaged until you reset the cooker timer.
