Sub-base valve
MPA offers a comprehensive range of
valve functions. All valves are
equippedwithpistonspoolandpat-
ented sealing system which facilitates
efficient sealing, a broad pressure
range and long service life. To in-
crease power they have a pneumatic
pilot control supplied by pilot air.
Sub-base valves can be quickly
replaced since the tubing connectors
remain on the manifold block.
This design i s also particularly flat.
Irrespe ctive of the valve function there
are sub-base valves with one solenoid
coil (single solenoid) or with two
solenoid coils (double solenoid or two
single solenoid valves in one
housing).
Constructional design

The valves are attached to the metal
manifold block using two screws,
which means that they can be easily
replaced. The mechanical sturdiness
of the manifold block guar antees
excellent long- term sealing.
Blanking plates can be replaced by
valves at a later date. The dimensions,
mounting points and existing pneu-
matic i nstallations remain unchanged
during this process.
