2 General product description
2.1 Functional description
The piston moves in the cylinder barrel when the cylinder chamber is pressurised. The piston rod transfers the movement
to the outside. The advanced piston rod is retracted again when the other cylinder chamber is pressurised.

code is positioned directly beneath the Festo logo and describes the features of a standard cylinder separated by a
hyphen (-).
