The position of the do-
wel holes, which were

The midpoint between the two
stop pins is not exactly in the
midpoint of the swivel range of
the jointer bit.
Turn the eccentric (9.1) with a
screwdriver (clockwise or an-
ticlockwise) until the position
of the dowel holes matches for
both stop pins.
