Maintenance instruction of changing E12’S main board
In order to make customers more satisfied, speed up the procedures of
handling repaired products and reduce the both way shipping cost, so from next
year sales agents will do the board-level maintenance for the models whose value
is high and motherboard is easy to change. (Changing the motherboard instead of
changing spare parts)
This maintenance instruction is suitable for sales agents or users who will
change E12’s main board .Please see following details:

1. Disassembling

E12 Main Board Replacement Procedure

Tools for Disassembly

Required tools for E12 main board replacement: screwdriver, tweezers, soldering iron.

Step 1: Initial Disassembly

Begin disassembling the E12 by removing screws and backboard.

Step 2: Remove BASS Button

Carefully detach the BASS button using tweezers.

Step 3: Detach Main Board Stand

Push the main board stand inward to release it.

Step 4: Remove Potentiometer Knob

Gently pull off the potentiometer knob by hand.

Step 5: Release Side Buckles

Use tweezers to properly release the left and right buckles.

Step 7: Unscrew Main Board

Remove the potentiometer nub and three screws securing the main board.

Step 8: Remove Battery and Chips

Extract the battery and hardware chips using a soldering iron.

Step 9: Remove Potentiometer Bond

Carefully detach the potentiometer's silicone bond with tweezers.

Step 10: Install New Main Board

Replace the main board and reassemble the unit in reverse order.
