Required tools for E12 main board replacement: screwdriver, tweezers, soldering iron.
Begin disassembling the E12 by removing screws and backboard.
Carefully detach the BASS button using tweezers.
Push the main board stand inward to release it.
Gently pull off the potentiometer knob by hand.
Use tweezers to properly release the left and right buckles.
Remove the potentiometer nub and three screws securing the main board.
Extract the battery and hardware chips using a soldering iron.
Carefully detach the potentiometer's silicone bond with tweezers.
Replace the main board and reassemble the unit in reverse order.
