CHANGE OF EXTRUDER
1-Loosen ring nut (N).
2-Replace extruder (P) with a piece sui-
table for the kind of processing to be
carried out
3-Screw ring (N).
RECOMMENDATIONS FOR USE
1-Assemble the utensils suited to the process to be performed.
2-Insert a container with a suitable capacity under the extruder.
3-Lift the container guard.
Food products to be kneaded must be in 2/3 solid to 1/3 liquid proportions.
4-Add 1/3 solid food products then 1/3 liquid ones.
5-Close the container guard.
6-Operate selector (C) or pushbutton (E) to activate the kneading cycle of food pro-
ducts.
7-Slowly add the remaining solid products in the first kneading phases.
8-At the end of the kneading time, operate selector (C) or pushbutton (F) to activate the
extruding cycle of food products.
9-Press the button (B) to stop the appliance when finished.
If it is the first time the appliance is used, remove any protective linings and accu-
rately clean to remove any construction material residue before starting it.
