BY OPERATOR
DAILY CHECKS
1. Thoroughly clean the machine daily
WEEKLY CHECKS
2. Check the wear of the Teflon scraper (01). If it needs replacing, contact technical support.
QUARTERLY CHECKS
7. Clean the mixer motor fan with compressed air or a suction device.
8. Check the following are undamaged and intact:
Screen controls, switches, warning lights.
Emergency button:
Contact technical support if they are damaged.
