draining
& storage
Make sure the water in your AquaBed Water Heater has reached room temperature
before cleaning and storing.
Unplug the power supply for your
AquaBed Water Heater.
First, disconnect the LOWER hose
connector by twisting the plug
counter-clockwise and slowly
pulling away from the AquaBed
Water Heater.
Drain out all remaining water
inside of your system.
Before disconnecting the hose
connectors to the Mattress Pad,
place a pitcher or large-size bowl
(preferred) underneath the unit.
When the hose connectors are
disconnected water will spill out.
Second, disconnect EACH hose
connector by twisting the plug
counter-clockwise and slowly
pulling away from the AquaBed
Water Heater.
To drain the Mattress Pad, use the
included hand-pump on one hose
connector to push the water out of
the other hose connector.
After all of the water has been
drained, cover all hose connectors
with the original rubber caps.
Before storing your AquaBed,
allow both the Mattress Pad and
the unit to dry.
