We hereby guarantee that our products are free of defects in workmanship and materials during
the warranty period specified below, with the following exclusions.
This statement defines the total and exclusive obligations of FJ Dynamics. We will not assume,
nor authorize any person to assume on our behalf any other liability incurred in relation to the sale
of our products.
Warranty period
The warranty period is 24 months, starting from the date of purchase. To determine the start date
of the warranty period, a sales receipt or other valid proof is required.
Replacement
We will replace any products that fail to work properly due to defects in workmanship or materials
if a valid claim is filed within the warranty period. The replacement bears a warranty period of 90
days or the remaining warranty period of the original product, whichever is longer. The customer
needs to bear the shipping cost of the replacement.
Exclusions
The warranty of FJ Dynamics does not apply to: 1) any product that is modified, misused, abused,
or damaged by accident, or used for any other purpose than those specified in this manual, or 2)
any product purchased from an online auction. The warranty does not apply to the battery pack
unless the battery pack is fully charged by the customer within seven days after the purchase and
at least every six months thereafter.
