OPERATION
WARNING - Do not leave the appliance
unaended while it is operang, so that
you can intervene quickly in case of any
danger.
Before the rst use
Remove all packaging materials.
Remove all sckers or labels from the
appliance, except for the appliance’s
nameplate.
Wash the basket and grill with hot water, a
lile liquid detergent, and a non-abrasive
sponge.
Clean the interior and exterior of the
appliance with a damp cloth.
When using the fryer for the rst me,
you may noce smoke or a slight odor in
the rst few minutes of cooking. This is
normal. Make sure the environment is
well-venlated.
Overheang protecon
When the temperature is above 300
°C, the fryer will stop working, and the
display will show “E4”. The venlaon will
connue to operate for at least 30 seconds
to cool the fryer.
Preparaon
Place the appliance on a stable, level, and
heat-resistant surface.
Leave at least 50 mm of space around the
appliance.
Have oven gloves (or a kitchen towel) at
hand, use heat-resistant plasc tongs, and
a heat-resistant mat or dish to support the
basket.
To remove the basket from the body, hold
the top of the body.
Grab the basket handle with your hand
and slide the basket out of the body.
Place the basket on a heat-resistant mat.
To remove the grill from the basket, use
the holes in the grill to remove it with your
hands; wait for the grill and basket to cool
down.
Slide the basket into the fryer unl it locks
in place. The appliance will not work unless
the basket is properly placed.
Do not ll the basket with oil or any other
liquid.
Never place the grill in the basket without
the rubber supports, as this may damage
the non-sck coang of the parts.
NOTE: When a program ends, if the
interior temperature of the fryer is above
100 °C, the venlaon will connue to
operate for at least 20 seconds.
