Rotor alarm The rotor has stopped Open the door of the ventilation module and check to see
whether the rotor is spinning.
If the rotor is stationary, contact your retailer.
The rotor is spinning, but at the wrong speed Contact your retailer.
No hot water The tank is empty - hot water is being produced Wait 30 minutes, until hot water is available again.
Check in the app to see whether an alarm
has been triggered.
Follow the instructions in the app. If necessary, contact your
retailer.

Water around or

The drip tray is clogged Check the drip tray and clean if necessary (see chapter 5.6)
Water system leakage Consider the severity of the leakage.

closed.
