8. Updating the Unit
The gateway can be updated locally via the built-in Web server, or remotely via the FTP server.
Only “.pak” les containing rmware supplied by Webdyn should be used. For updates done via the FTP
server, a “.txt” le containing the checksum of the “.pak” le is also necessary.
8.1 Updating via the Web Server
To update your WebdynModBus gateway from the “Ugrade” menu of the built-in Web server, go through
the following steps:
• Click on Choose le and select the “.pak” le provided by Webdyn.
• Click on OK.
• The following message is displayed.
• Click on “OK” and wait until the le download onto the gateway is complete.
