How to handle
Read carefully before assembling/keep and store instruction for reference
THE STABILITY OF YOUR CHAIR WILL BE RETAINED AND POSSIBLE SLACKENING OR RUPTURE OF
SEAMS WILL BE PREVENTED BY FOLLOWING THE TIPS BELOW:
Do not drop down into the chair. Prevent people fom jumping around on the chair
Do not sit on backrests, arrests, footrest or other fnctioning parts
Do not push or pull the chair across the foor; to relocate it, ideally use two people lifting it fom below,
not by the arrests.
Never sit on the arrest, as this is only designed to bear leaning weight. If used incorectly, the
upholstery can war or pucker, the filing can become displaced and if placed under extreme strain,
semans can tear
Never sit on the built-in footrest, as it is not designed for this purose. If used incorectly, the hardware
components can bend or even break. Tis will result in fnctional failure.

Safety instructions
Do not reach into gaps or interediate spaces in the chair or touch moving metal parts.
Do not allow children to initiate fnctions without supervision or to play with the chair.
All fnctions may only be operated when you are sitting corectly in the chair.
Before getting up fom your chair, retur all fnctions to their home position.
Allways pull out the mains plug before wet cleaning the foor around the chair.
In particular in the case of fnctional friture, after execution of relevant movement, the upholstery
cover will require smoothing or straightening to ensure that seams match.
As a result of the fnction, creases and folds cannot be avoided in use, for instance creases caused by
moving headrests.
With all fnctions the use of rotating and rveted joints or torsion sprngs can give rse to fnctionally
related noises. Running noises are materal related and cannot be avoided in any kind of drve system.
Cleaning the composite and wooden shell: Use a damp cloth with a mild household detergent or a
composite care product.
Do not use any highly concentrated bases, acids or halogens (chlorne).
Do not use any cleaning agents that contain abrasive particles because they may damage the surface.
Only use a dry cloth on the electrc panel.

Unpacking the chair
Only transport your upholstered friture in the proper orginal packaging.
Upholstered friture should only be transported by two or more persons.
Use the handles on the transport box for transportation
Never lift the upholstered friture at the side elements or headrest or footrest section
Do not push or pull the upholstered friture, but lift it careflly
Protect the transforer and mains supply line adequately durng transport against damage.
Ensure sufficient fee space is available to allow all the different fnctions to be perfored.
Protect the chair fom direct excessive sunlight and high heat, which may have a negative effect on
appearance and durability.
Te chairs can only be used in a noral living room climate.
Take care to ensure that the individual friture componets are corectly assembled.
Te mains cable and electrcal supply cables must not be damaged.
Te chair must be evenly aligned and level, not half on and half off rgs or carets.
Chairs with electrcal fnction and cord are only peritted to rotate 270°, coresponding to 3/4 rotation
fom the starting position.
Do not use shar or pionted objects to open the packaging (retracting blade cutters are strctly off limits)
Remove any transport safeguards which may be present before first use.
