2.2.6.2 Radar PPI (Snapshot)
The Radar PPI (snapshot) command displays a screen capture of a specific moment in time. This
feature is useful for obtaining a snapshot of the radar returns in order to use it as a background (map-
like picture or overlay) for unchanging and known monitored areas. This mode can also be used for
troubleshooting. The Radar PPI (snapshot) mode uses very little bandwidth compared to the Radar PPI
Continuous mode.
