What to do if my Flotec Water Pump delivers no water?
    • B
      bdeanAug 17, 2025
If your Flotec Water Pump operates but delivers no water, start by filling the pump with water. Then, reduce the suction head. Also, make the suction pipe longer, up to a maximum of 8 meters, to ensure the foot valve/strainer is submerged enough. Check the suction pipe and joints for any air leaks. Clean the suction pipe/strainer or non-return valve, if they are clogged with debris. Finally, clean the pump of any debris.

      nashedgarAug 23, 2025
If your Flotec Water Pump stops after running for a short period because a thermal motor circuit breaker trips, check the voltage on the power supply cable leads to ensure the power supply complies with the data on the name plate. If the liquid is too thick, dilute the pumped fluid. If a solid object is blocking the impellers, contact customer assistance service.
