AUTORANGE
FUNCTION | RANGE | DISPLAY The meter powers up in autorange. In
g.ddd VAC/Vdc autorange, the meter automatically
gd.dd VAC/Vdc selects the measurement range that
gdd.d VAC/Vdc gives the best resolution. The display
gddd VAC/Vdc indicates OL while the meter goes to a
higher range, and blanks while the
meter goes to a lower range. The range
gdd.dQ can be interpreted from the display as
9000 shown in Table 2. (In this table, d =
gd.ddQ digit and g - 1, 2, or 3 only.)
