5.6.2 Seat Drop—Half Twist—Seat Drop (AKA: Swivel Hips)
Step 1:
1. Perform a seat drop.
2. Push down on the bed with your hands and come to a stand with the arms
stretched overhead.
Step 2:
1. Perform the movement in Step 1. As you rebound up to your feet, move one
shoulder in the direcon you want to twist.
2. Finish standing with arms stretched overhead, facing the opposite direcon (180
degree twist completed).
Step 3:
Perform as in Step 2. Just before contacng feet with the trampoline bed, li your
legs to land in a sing posion (see Figure B8).
