Ice jamming, caused by an improperly installed transport tube leading to a false shuttle reading, is one possibility; correct the transport tube routing. Another cause could be a shuttle stuck in the up position, requiring repair or replacement of the shuttle mechanism. Additionally, a damaged or improperly installed thermostat (open) may be the issue; replace or reposition the thermostat. Finally, a transport tube backed out of the coupling could be the problem; correct the coupling installation.
