STEP 12
A) Attach the Backrest (42#) to the Upper vertical Frame(27#)and Secure them with
two pcs M8*70 Allen Bolt(102#),Two pcs Ø 8 wahsers(101#).
B) Attach the two pcs Arm Curl Pad (43#) onto the right & left Dip
Arm(29#&30#).and Secure them with four pcs M8*60 Allen Bolts(110#) and four
pcs Ø 8 wahsers(101#)
