The primary function of the LUNA™ 3 MEN is deep facial cleansing. It utilizes T-Sonic™ pulsations, delivered through gentle yet firm silicone touchpoints, to effectively remove dirt, oil, and dead skin cells from the face and beard. This cleansing action goes beyond what can be achieved by hand washing, helping to reduce breakouts, prevent ingrown hairs, and minimize razor burn. Regular use in cleansing mode can also extend the life of razor blades by up to two times. The device offers 16 intensities and 8,000 pulsations per minute, ensuring a thorough and effective clean.
Beyond cleansing, the LUNA™ 3 MEN features a Firming Massage Mode. By turning the device around and applying the concentric ridges on the back to the skin, gentle T-Sonic™ pulsations deliver a relaxing facial massage. This massage is specifically designed to reduce the appearance of fine lines, leaving the skin looking toned and energized. To begin using the LUNA™ 3 MEN, users must first download the FOREO For You mobile app to unlock and register the device. This app serves as a central hub for controlling device settings, accessing video-guided routines, and even locating the device if misplaced.
For the Cleansing Mode, the process involves dampening the face and applying a regular cleanser, then dampening the device. A blinking white indicator light signals when the device is in Bluetooth pairing mode or needs to be charged. The device comes with a travel pouch for convenient storage and portability.
Maintaining the LUNA™ 3 MEN is straightforward. After each use, the device should be thoroughly cleaned. This involves washing the brush surface with water and soap, then rinsing with warm water.
