TROUBLESHOOTING
PROBLEM SOLUTION
The device does not turn on. - Make sure the power supply is plugged in.
- Your device is locked. To unlock it, register your device
via the FOREO app (instructions above in the ‘How To
Use’ section)
The flash button does not respond. - Make sure the treatment window is in full contact with
your skin.
- Unplug the device. Then plug it back in.
The device won’t sync to the
FOREO app.
- Switch your Bluetooth off and then on again to try
reconnecting.
- Close the FOREO app and then reopen it to start the
process over.
- Check to see if the app needs to be updated in your
mobile device’s app store.
The device, treatment window, power supply or
cable are damaged, broken, cracked or appear
defective.
DO NOT USE. If you are in any doubt about the safety of the
device or suspect it is damaged in any way, it must not be
used. And you should refer to the website.

2-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
FOREO warrants this device for a period of TWO (2) YEARS after the original date of purchase
against defects due to faulty workmanship or materials arising from Normal Use of the device.
The warranty covers working parts that affect the function of the device. It does NOT cover
