REPACKING THE FORM 1
Steps:
1. Clean and store the build platform
2. Remove and store the resin tank
3. Wrap and secure the cover
4. Repack the Form 1
You Will Need:
1. All Original Packaging
2. Packing Tape
3. Authorized Return Labels
4. Disposable Gloves
5. Paper Towel
6. Plastic Wrap
7. Squeeze Bottle with Isopropyl Alcohol (IPA)
8. Aluminium Foil
= critical step, please follow carefully!
please allow 30 mins for safe repacking

Summary

Clean and Store the Build Platform

Wear Disposable Gloves

Wear disposable gloves before handling the build platform.

Remove Build Platform

Carefully remove the build platform from the printer.

Scrape Resin into Tank

Scrape any excess resin back into the resin tank.

Wipe with Towel and IPA

Wipe the build platform clean with a towel and IPA.

Store Build Platform

Store the cleaned build platform in a cool, dark place.

Remove and Store the Resin Tank

Prepare Resin Tank for Storage

Cover the resin tank with foil and store in a dark place.

Wrap and Secure the Cover

Wrap Machine Cover

Wrap the machine cover horizontally and vertically until secured tightly.

Repack the Form 1

Insert Bottom Packaging

Push in the bottom insert with plastic film facing upwards.

Position Form 1 in Box

Place the Form 1 on its side in the center of the box.

Insert Upper Packaging

Place the upper insert with plastic film facing downwards.

Secure Lid and Cables

Add the cap, secure cables, and push down to close.

Tape and Label Box

Securely tape the box and apply return shipment labels.
