Internet stopped working?

Check all your cables are plugged
in securely.

Press the power button on the back
of the modem to turn it o. Wait 60
seconds then press the power button
again to turn it back on. It may take a
few moments to reboot, but your
modem will automatically congure
itself to connect to the Internet.

Turn o the power point then unplug
the cable from the nbn™ Connection
Box, wait 30 seconds, then plug it back
in and switch on. Give it a few moments
to reconnect itself to your modem.
