2.2 Dismantling of lip seal arrangement

Spanner 10 mm Assembling cylinder

Spanner 19 mm
Dismantle the drive ring for ceramic sleeve.
Be very careful not to damage o-rings and ceramic sleeve.
Install assembling cylinder (3037595) to keep ceramic sleeve in place.
Dismantle lower seal ring housing. Dismantle support ring and FRAMO double cargo seal if
necessary (consists of two single seals).

If necessary FRAMO single cargo seal may be dismantled. Check ceramic sleeve, change
cargo seal and sleeve if necessary.
