Anomaly
Recommended action
Check power supply and terminal connections
power supply and the status of the LEDs.
Check that heating mode is not engaged

Check the power supply to the group and the safety chain of the
LP and HP pressure switches.
Nothing happens at startup.
Depending on the number of bottles stored, the air conditioning
may take several days to reach the temperature setpoint. Friax
air conditioners are designed to operate in a ventilation-free
environment. Check the insulation of the frames, check that
there is no natural air inlet.
The installation works but
does not
not cool enough

The ventilation starts but the
compressor does not start.
Water is leaking from the
evaporator other than through
the overflow.
The evaporator freezes
-Start forced defrosting, refer to the function table on page 12.
If after 30 minutes the ice has not melted, turn off the appliance until
it has completely melted.
Once the ice cream has melted Check the following points.
-Check that the compressor is no longer running when it reaches set
point.
-Check the charge at the liquid indicator in the outdoor unit.
-Check BP pressure
-Check the operation of the evaporator fans.
-Check for leaks in the installation and in the air conditioner.
It is possible that the characteristics of the room (composition
of the walls) do not allow high instructions to be achieved
(>70%).
Anomaly
The evaporator must absolutely be level.
Check the drainage of the tank, it must not be obstructed.
Check that the gauge pressure with the siphon is sufficient
for water evacuation on ducted evaporators.
