TROUBLESHOOTING
PPROBLEM OSSIBLE CAUSE SOLUTION
““ ADD WATER” indicator is
on.
Lack of Water.
Stop the ice maker, fill water from
the top big water reservoir up to
FULL mark, then press “ON/OFF”
button again to restart the unit.
“ FULL ICE” indicator is on. There is too much ice. Remove ice from ice basket.
The big reservoir full of
water, but “ ADD WATER”
indicator is always on.
The water is distillation water, it
is too pure.
Chang the water to nomal potable
water or mineral water.
The water filer at bottom of the
water res
ervoir is blocked. And
water can’t enter into the lower
water tank.
Clean the water filter.
No water flow out from the
water separator pipe.
The hole on the wall of the water
separator is blocked.
Use slim wire to prick each hole,
till the water can flow out easily.
No water in the unit, but the
“ ADD WATER” indicator is
not on, unit can not make ice
cube.
The water is not enough pure.
Maybe you have used the salt
water or others.
Chang to the normal potable
water.
The salt water is prohibi
ted, it will
damage your unit.
The wall of the lower tank
underneath the ice basket is too
dirty.
Clean this water tank.
Ice cube is too weak and
thin.
The ambient is too hot.
Turn off you unit first, then press
“ON/OFF” button again for more
than 5 seconds to turn on the unit
again. It will lengthen each
ice-making cycle time.
Ice making cycle is normal
but no ice is made.
Ambient temperature or water
temperature in inner tank is too
high.
Please run the ice maker below
90 ℉ and pour cold
er water into
tank.
Refrigerant liquid leakage. Verify by a qualified technician.
Pipe in the cooling system is
blocked.
Verify by a qualified technician.
