short wash, measure the voltage
across the thermistor.
Remove electrical power &
measure the resistance of the
thermistor.
Ask the customer to use
Hi-Temp Wash.
Above 120°F
Yes
Raise water
temperature to
dishwasher.
Below 120°F
No
Shorted or open.
Zero
Go to flow chart
"Dishes Are Not Dry."
