Interval 2-step mode

This mode can be used for bridging air gaps when using light-gauge sheets.
As the welding wire is not fed continuously, the weld pool can cool down during the
intervals. Any local overheating, which can lead to the base metal being melted th-
rough, is largely avoided.
The intervals can be altered using the interval welding time t1 adjuster (18) and interval
pause t2 adjuster (19).
