Organize parts, gather tools, and prepare a clean, soft surface for assembly.
Fill the base bottom with a heavy medium and assemble base top and mount.
Securely attach the umbrella mount to the assembled base using bolts and washers.
Slide umbrella onto mount and install rotation handle and crank mechanism.
Use the lift handle and crank to fully open the umbrella canopy.
Adjust umbrella angle by rotating the pole or tilting the canopy.
Use the crank and lift handle to safely lower and close the umbrella.
Use velcro ties to secure the umbrella to the pole when not in use.
Use the crank handle and tool to extend or retract wheels for moving the base.
Clean with mild soap and water; avoid abrasive cleaners and scrubbers.
