LIMITED WARRANTY - MODELS FG388LP / FG388NG
Frontgate warrants to the original purchaser of each grill that when subject to normal residential use, it is free
from defects in workmanship and material for the periods specified below. This warranty excludes grills used in
rental or commercial applications.
COMPONENT WARRANTY PERIOD
All Cosmetic/Exterior Stainless Steel Parts Including:
• Frame, Housing and Cart 3 Years 20 Gauge, 5 Years 18 Gauge, 10 Years 16 Gauge
• Burners
- Cast Stainless Steel Main Burners 10 Years from date of shipment to customer
- Searing or Infrared Rear Burners 1 Year from date of shipment to customer
- Side Burner 1 Year from date of shipment to customer
• Stainless Steel Cooking Grates 3 Years from date of shipment to customer
• All other parts, including igniters, 1 Year from date of shipment to customer
valves and related ignition parts
Frontgate at its option, will repair or replace this product or any component of the product found to be defective
during the warranty period. Replacement may be made with a similar product of equal value. This warranty is
valid for the original retail purchaser from the date of initial retail purchase and is not transferable. Keep the
original sales receipt. Proof of purchase is required to obtain warranty parts.
Parts will be provided free of charge, if found to be defective during the warranty period(s) specified. However,
any applicable service/repair labor expenses are the responsibility of the owner after one year of ownership.
This warranty does not cover normal wear of parts such as scratches and dents of the stainless steel compo-
nents or damage resulting from any of the following:
• Negligent use or misuse of the product, including exposing the product to chemicals or cleaning products
not approved by Frontgate
• Corrosion due to exposure to salt air
• Use or installation contrary to specified instructions and applicable building codes, including heating the
product to temperatures above its specifications which can cause considerable warping
• Use of this product in a built-in installation
• Acts of God, such as fire, flood, hurricanes, and tornadoes
• Gas cylinders, propane tanks or other fuel delivery systems, including connections to a household
fuel supply
• Minor warping or discoloration of parts, which is normal and not a defect under this warranty
Product repair as provided under this warranty is your exclusive remedy
. Frontgate shall not be liable for any
incidental or consequential damages for breach of any express or implied warranty on its products. Except to the
extent prohibited by applicable law
, any implied warranty or merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose on
this product to the duration of the above warranty
.
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, or allow limitations
on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty
give you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights, which vary from state to state.
